All products are guaranteed authentic and of high resalable quality. We give you a 2-year product warranty because we take pride in providing our customers with high quality goods and take great responsibility for defective, damaged, or non-working products.   

This warranty covers all aspects of defects and workmanship quality of the product(s) purchased. If the operation or condition of your watch, timepiece, or jewelry, proves to be damaged or defective, we will take full responsibility of the item and assist you in the process of replacing or repairing the item.  

ALL PRODUCTS 2-YEAR WARRANTY  

This warranty covers 

• Watch/Timepiece clock not operating properly 

• Faulty manufacturer construction 

• Workmanship and material 

This warranty does NOT cover 

• Normal or excessive wear  

• Tears, scratches, or glass cracks 

• Batteries 

• Damaged, loose, or missing crystals, diamonds, or CZ diamonds in timepieces or jewelry after being purchased

• Theft 

• Tampered or repaired items before return 

• We will not guarantee repairs or replacements of items over the 2-year warranty period.  

ALL PRODUCTS 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE 

 The “30 Day Money Back Guarantee” warranty begins 30 days from the date you received your order. After the "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" warranty, your 2-year warranty "MWCO LIMITED WARRANTY" will take effect immediately. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason during the 30-day return period, starting from date received you order, you may return the item(s) to M WATCH CO to receive: 

• Full price cash back or store credit 

• Non-defective: Refund of purchase price, minus 15% restocking free 

• Defective: Replacement or full refund, if items prove to be defective
